It started with passing blood in my urine so I went to see my gp who refered me to Boston pilgrim hospital. The inspection and diagnosis were done very quickly. It turned out to be a tumour in my bladder which was cancerous. After seeing the consultants the treatment was planned and started very promptly. The after operation care was brilliant. The staff were very kind. the consultants were very informative. The lady's in the chemotherapy department were very professional and caring. Then I was refered to lincoln for radiotherapy again the staff are very professional and caring and caring they are all a credit to the nhs
