(as the patient),

On my visit today I found the lady at reception very nice and helpful she explained where to go and where the rest rooms were, my appointment was on time and the nurse and her team were great, they made me feel very welcome and relaxed, in fact we all had a great laugh, I joked that I hope DAVID Bellamy wasn’t there and they got my joke, all went well, great team, I wish I could remember all their names, memory not that good really when it comes to remembering names.

Thank you ladies for making what is a nervous thing into a relaxing experience, go colposcopy it’s really as bad as you think 😀

I am pleased to hear you were welcomed by friendly staff and seen on time. I am glad you felt relaxed enough to share a joke with the team around you and reduce the feelings of nervousness in the process. Our colposcopy services adhere to our the trust values which include being patient centred, having respect for others and striving for excellence. It is a pleasure to know when we get things right.
