"I felt valued and looked after"

About: Woodend Hospital / Pre-operative Assessment Clinic

(as the patient),

I attended this clinic on Monday. i was put at ease by the lovely HCSW that saw me first. she was so lovely and really knew her job.

I then saw a Staff Nurse, who was proficient and managed to answer all my questions. I felt valued and looked after by them all
