"Wait is unacceptable"

I am now 3 hours past my appointment time and apparently there are ladies that have been here 2 hours longer than me. It's absolutely unacceptable to keep patients waiting for this length of time and there is no excuse for it. This is literally all the clinic does, you know exactly how long each procedure takes, and even allowing for the rare exceptional case, there is no reason for appointments running this far behind unless you're just trying to cram as many in a day as you can. Show some consideration for what the ladies are going through and allow the dignity to be seen on time and get home to recover as soon as possible. Spending hours sitting on a hard chair is demeaning and makes one feel like you're being processed in a factory.
