My family registered and there has been zero contact from the surgery. No attempt to engage and certainly no new patient assessment.

I'm diabetic and needed an urgent repeat prescription a few weeks after enroling. In a telephone appointment instead of referring to my transferred files for details of the medicines I was askled by the actual doctor to find an old presription and to ring back with dosages. I immediately enroled elsewhere.

My wife's experience of breaking a bone followed by 6 months of immobility is even worse. Despite numerous hospital and Consultants letters to the doctors surgery she has had no contact whatsoever and no physio service ordered by Wansbeck Hospital.
