"Excellent service in cardiovascular clinic"

I have a biennial check up, and attended St. Bart's recently. I want to praise all those who registered me, screened me, scanned me, and particularly the doctor who treated me. I attended for scans on Saturday morning, was seen promptly and treated with kindness and friendliness, and was finished within 30 minutes of arriving. I then returned to see a doctor in the ICD clinic in the week, and want to give thanks for the way in which he discussed my case with me: he was clear in explaining why I was attending, explained and reassured me on the findings of my scans, discussed next steps and even asked after my mum (who is also treated in the same clinic). He was friendly, clear, involved me in the discussion and decisions, and reassured me. I want to thank St Bart's for the first class care we receive as a family. We are immensely grateful.
