In June 2019 I was diagnosed with a nodule in my lung, after further investigation and biopsy it was found that the nodule was a cancer. I subsequently had a range of further tests and then surgery. Throughout this time I received the highest quality care delivered with professionalism and compassion from Doctors, Nurses, Radiography staff and all of the people that support the clinical and nursing teams. I cannot emphasise how well I was treated even though the demand on the health care team must be immense. I am recovering well and I know that my health will continue to be reviewed on a regular basis. Everyone working at the Freeman Hospital should be proud of themselves and their colleagues. What more can I say other than the biggest Thank you possible.
"Excellent care"
