Absolutely disgusting place filthy dark dismal
No staff on the ward whilst diyalising
Didn't feel secure anyone can walk in doors left open to all department.
Charge nurse not at all interested in patients staff only want to sit in break area until it's time to patients off machines.
In all I could go on but I would be here all day

Sorry to hear you've had a terrible experience - please call our Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 01904 726262 and they will be able to hear you in full and raise it with the staff in the area so that we can find some resolution for you and ensure this doesn't happen to other patients.
