"A visit to the Emergency Dept. 18:50 26;09;019"

I had urinary tract problem & my GP recommended that I visited the A&E.

I was received by a most helpful & pleasant receptionist who directed me to a seat where I waited for the Triage Nurse who was similarly pleasant & most efficient.

After a wait I was called into a consulting room where a doctor listened patiently while I explained my problem.

He was pleasant, knowledgeable, calm & understanding.

Regrettably I failed to take note of his name as I would have liked to write & say, thank you..
