"Pharmacist."

About: Malvern Road Surgery

His seem to be making decisions about patients treatment, he knows better than the tissue viability clinic, I've had two problems with prescriptions, first on Christmas Eve 2018,now 25th September 2019.i tried to move to a new gp, but all are no longer taking on local people only new people to the area are welcome. I'm now considering coming off my medication because it nothing but trouble when the pharmacist gets involved.

I was going to speak to the practice manager, somehow I think this will make no difference.

I am sorry to hear that you feel the pharmacist is making decisions about patients treatments, he is fully trained and works alongside the doctors and where appropriate when a patient needs to be seen before issuing medication, patients are contacted and advised to make an appointment to see the GP.

We are here to fully support you in managing your health condition.
