"Praise where it's due"

My son has been under Linwood for a few years now - and up until recently his support has been varied (generally ok, occasionally lacking) - but I need to say a big vote of thanks to his latest support worker, who has managed to put him at ease, make him willing to actually volunteer to attend appointments, and has been very efficient and helpful in getting him access to the extra support and diagnosis he dearly needed. She has been extremely patient and supportive in the way she has dealt with his concerns and self-doubt - and he is talking positively after his appointments and willingly talking through the things suggested and discussed (a huge breakthrough for him) - thank you, you really have made a difference.
