On Saturday 28th September, my wife drove me to the A&E Department as I had suffered sharp pain in my left kidney area.
From the Navigation Nurse (who gave me an effective pain killer) to the Admin Staff and on to the A&E Nursing Staff as well as the Registrar, I had the best care one could ask for.
After tests and a CT scan, the diagnosis was a kidney stone and I was prescribed appropriate medication and referred to the Urology Department.
All this time, ambulances were bringing in more patients.
One can only admire the calm and supportive demeanour of the A&E Staff.
My thanks to all concernedl.
"Thank you"
