"Awful treatment"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Medical Initial Assessment Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Critical Care

(as the patient),

The doctor I saw was very rude and abrupt whilst I was in their care, I suffer quite severe mental health and ended up in high dependence because of this and this dr told me I was going to die or become a vegetable!!

They were very cold towards me, had no sympathy to my situation and even accused me of pulling a midline out of my arm when it quite clearly fell out the plaster was still attached to me and they said right of course it fell out good one..... I got very distressed with them trying to make me out to be a liar  in front of the whole ward, shouting it across the ward didn’t even come to my bed space and give me the decency of privacy!!! I left the ward and was returned by police to a person that didn’t have a care ion the world of how they made people feel. On my return all the nurses ignored me until I was moved to ward 101 where they actually treat me with respect . I left the hospital feeling worthless and like I was a nobody, that I didn’t deserve any medical help,  is this really the best way to help someone in need? I think not!!!
