"Cared for as an individual"

My mum was recently in ward 3c for 3 months and the care shown by the staff was amazing. You felt that they were cared for as an individual and that the staff had real affection for their patients and wanted to do their absolute best for them. Mum had been in another hospital prior to moving to Gartnavel and the improvement in her care after her move was excellent. I did not come across one member of staff in any role who was anything other than professional, helpful and friendly. Gemma and her staff should be very proud of the level of care they are providing.
