(as the patient),

I would like to express my thanks to Kayleigh - Specialist Nurse, for the care & help, that She has given me, during my period of consultations at outpatients 2.. Since my many appointments, I have been able to manage my illness, much better & find that She will go above & beyond, to help me achieve this. Without her help, I don't know if I would have been able to manage my symptoms. Many, many thanks
