"An incredible team"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Gastroenterology (Ward 10) University Hospital Monklands / General Surgery (Wards 4 & 7)

(as the patient),

I was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer.   I received surgery within weeks, fantastic surgeon and he had an incredible team.   The aftercare I received fro the nurses Tracy and Pamela was amazing.   Regular appointments seeing the same people allowed them to get to know me and my family.   As a result I have beaten the cancer and I feel if it wasn't for the colorectal team at Monklands Hospital I would have never had made it.   These doctors and nurses deserve so much praise.   I will never truly be able to thank them enough.
