"Excellent staff"

Superb service and attention from the Neurophysiology staff today. Went in for 10.20 appointment exactly on time for a session that far exceeded the 20 minute time allocation but without any sense at all of urgency or rushing. Extremely friendly physiologist who took full account of my somewhat phobic reaction to the treatment without the slightest sense of frustration or irritation. EXACTLY the kind of treatment I, and others, would want. Cannot praise staff enough.
