From the moment I arrived in an ambulance everyone was both efficient and charming. Nursing staff excellent indeed doctors. In fact everyone I have been involved with has been terrific

It is so nice to hear that you received good care from arrival of the ambulance and then througout your stay. It is such a difficult time and it is great to hear you found the staff to be excellent.
