"A good standard of caring"

About: Rampton Hospital / Personality Disorder Pathway

(as the patient),

I am a Patient on Eden Ward. Yes we have the right amount of Staff to keep things safe and I am happy with the way things are. I am involved in my ward round regularly. Sometimes you can feel included but it varies. It is a good standard of caring and I have always felt cared for and happy with the care given. Our community does not get any better, it’s a good ward to be on but I guess the management could relax the purse strings sometimes.

Thank you for your feedback.

It is great to hear that you feel safe and involved on your ward.

In terms of relaxing the purse strings, we do have a budget to adhere to; however please do speak with your ward manager and discuss any initiatives you may have which we can carefully consider.

Kind regards
Kerry

Thank you for this very encouraging posting. In particular, it is great to know that you feel safe and involved. As Kerry says, if you think there is something we should be doing that we're not please speak to the ward manager.

With best wishes.

Peter
