"Excellent care at an NHS Walk in Centre"

About: Litherland NHS Walk in Centre

(as the patient),

I had developed discomfort and frequency when I passed urine.

I went to the Walk in Centre at Litherland Town Hall.

I was triaged and had my vital signs recorded and waited in the reception area.

Within 2 hours I had been examined and had a prescription for antibiotics.

The staff on reception, the nurse who did the triage, the ANP who examined me and the NMP who prescribed the antibiotics were so professional. I was able to collect my prescription at a pharmacy nearby and was able to get on with my day.

Thank you Mersey Care wonder service.
