My mother went in for a colonoscopy on 13th September.
She came out saying she felt like she had been treated as a private patient (BUPA was her example).
Every single staff member she encountered before, during and after the procedure were lovely, friendly, kind and helpful.
She felt totally treated with respect.
She said it was the best hospital/treatment she had ever had.
The feel of the hospital is personal/friendly.
Thank you to the staff you did the colonoscopy; you are all lovely people.
Well done to the hospital and I hope it continues.
"5 star treatment"
