"In a word, it has been excellent"

Dominic quickly established a good rapport with the client & myself. He has a cheerful, easy manner and is a good listener, and patient with the client who needs time to get their thoughts out. He has a large repertoire of resources to help the client develop their skill set. He helped us to refine the clients CV & cover letter, and was proactive in pointing them to development opportunities and possible job opportunities, including highlighting where a job which on the face of it might not be suitable might become so with a bit of tweaking and job carving.

He was proactive in following up with employers where a development lead appeared to have run into the sand a bit. Then when a realistic job opportunity appeared, for which the client was a very good fit, he was extremely supportive. He contacted the employer to press the case on their behalf and also arranged a very useful mock interview. This meant that the client was as well prepared as they could be. Sadly, they didn't get the job but the whole process was helped along by Dominic's support.

In conclusion, it's been a pleasure to work with Dominic, for both my client and I, and we'll miss our regular meetings.
