We moved to this area of Essex with the understanding that the community mental health heath services were good but unfortunately in the last few years the service as deterated to almost none exsistance. My son was without a cpn for five months through a complete chance of depot without any backup or enquiry from staff to see if it suited him, bareing in mind he is running out of options with medications as so many nolonger work for him. This was totally unexceptionable. Now he has a cpn but no contact number or contact. All unexceptionable as he is not well and his family are not coping very well.
