About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Accident & Emergency Inverclyde Royal Hospital / General Medicine ( wards G North, G South, J North, J South & L South)

(as a relative),

My mother was taken to A and E in this hospital in September 2019. She received prompt, professional, caring attention. She was then taken to the receiving ward. Again, she was treated kindly and her needs taken care of. On the following day she was transferred to another ward for five days. Treatment and general care was very good. A positive experience altogether. 

 Thank you to the committed hard working staff of our N.H.S. and Inverclyde Hospital, Greenock.

Thank you so much for the taking the time and trouble to share your very helpful feedback, Our staff were delighted to hear that their efforts have been rewarded in that you felt your mother was so well looked after during her time in hospital. This is the approach to patient care that we aim for and it was very reassuring to hear that this was consistently achieved for your mother.
