"A fantastic very busy surgery"

I have been a patient at this surgery for over 20 years and in that time I have always received fantastic care despite being a “frequent flyer”.

There are times when I’m sure the cry must go up -not again- as I walk in but every time I finish up being referred on to second line.

They have seen me through six joint replacements, one spinal surgery and the latest, a heart operation.

At every interaction with the staff they have been courteous, informed and helpful.

They may be small, they may be pushed (isn’t the entire NHS) but Middleway is definitely my choice of syrgery.
