About: Royal Surrey County Hospital / Accident and emergency

I accompanied my 95 mother to A & E after a fall in the early hours of the morning.

She was given a scan & x ray and not discharged until all avenues of possible consequences had been explored by the doctors and until they were satisfied that she was fit to be discharged. She was treated with compassion and respect, as befitting her grand age. Thank you A*
