"Kind staff"

I was at the dermatology at Forth Valley this morning and wanted to tell people I had a very good experience.   The two people who helped me, Staff nurse David and his helper Laurianne were very good and helpful. The procedure was quite painful and sore but they were very kind to me.   I was taken on time which helped and afterwards Laurianne helped me back out and showed me where to go.   Good experience
