About: Heartlands Hospital

I visited a friend who was a patient in gastro ward. There was a junior doctor who was treating her. His bedside manor was extremely rude when I was there. It didn’t look like he cared or wanted to be there. No bedside manor what so ever. Disappointed in heartlands gastro ward.

I am very sorry to learn of your experience whilst you were visiting your friend, who at the time was an inpatient under the care of our Trust and the impression that it has left.

If you or your friend would be willing to provide further details of the particular ward, we can then advise the ward of your experience so they can make any necessary improvements, you can contact a member of the Patient Services Team on 0121 424 0808 or you can email your concerns to uhb-tr.Complaints-ConcernsandCompliments@nhs.net who can then take the necessary action.
