(as the patient),

I would first like to comment that it took only 2 months from initial consultation to the day of surgery which I felt was pretty good. 

I was admitted for a gynecological procedure and from admission to discharge, all staff were courteous, happy and professional. I felt at ease and everything went very smoothly. Admitted at 12pm and discharged by 5.30pm. A very slick and well run department. I would go back anytime lol.
