"Disgusting"

About: Manor Hospital / Accident and emergency

Was taken in by Ambulance. Then placed in the quiet room for 6 hours. Had to chase staff for every thing. They forgot to do my blood tests until I reminded them. Had to ask them to find a bed for me even though several cubicles were empty. No offer of water. When I asked for a drink was told that its a hospital not a restaurant. Staff so rude. No compassion for my situation. The only staff that showed some care was a health care assistant and cleaner who was kind enough to fetch me a blanket and a pillow. No wonder this hospital has a bad reputation. Sort it out

I apologise for your experience - this is not the standard of care we aspire to deliver.
