(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The appointment system is much better now that I don't have to wait 2 or 3 days, consistently calling and being told 'there's nothing available' before eventually seeing a doctor. Because of this, when I attend there's no longer a queue in the reception or waiting area.

The healthcare team meet my expectations exceptionally - especially Dr Bench and nurse Syrene, who made me feel at ease with the needle when she was giving me my flu jab.
