It is much easier to see my GP with the new booking service! As I can set up my own appointments online, I can now choose to see the GP I want rather than being given an appointment with just anyone available. 

Very happy with the healthcare team and the new booking system!

It has taken a little time for both us and some of our patients to adjust to the new system. it is gratifying to hear that you have found it a significant improvement on the old one. We will continue to review how this is working.
