"Breast Clinic"

I was fast tracked to this clinic by a GP. The appointment letter states to be prepared to spend up to 3 hours in the department due to the fact that you may require various tests etc. I myself had a mammogram,ultrasound and core biopsy.At all times I was kept informed of the exact way the investigations would proceed.All the staff from the receptionists onwards in this department are nothing but caring, and show respect and dignity at all times towards the patients that are under their care.It was sad to see on the day I was there,that a couple of patients were getting irritate with staff due to having to wait for the next stage of their appointment,even though they were advised in their literature to be prepared for maybe a long wait.It is a department that is really busy and the staff are doing a brilliant job of caring for patients that could be facing challenges that no one would wish for. I have nothing but praise and to say thankyou for the care I received.
