"Ablation surgery"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital / Cardiology

Attended a follow up appointment at the hospital and was verbally advised to change my medication.

I need a letter the rom the hospital to my GP in order to make this change.

I have been trying to contact people in cardiology to do this, leave messages, but no-one responds. My GP surgery has also tried to make contact, but they've had no response either. I've been trying to get this resolved for a week now.

As an aside, I have never seen my consultant at the John Radcliffe.
