"Story about the doctor who is a true professional"

Last Friday I was scheduled for a medical review at Ealing Crisis and Assessment Team, it was my 4th review in a different place because system NHS is based on is really messy and confusing for everyone, especially me who landed in UK not long ago, but, with a little bit of luck, me and my piled up medical history landed in the hands of a true professional.

Honestly I was prepared for another hour long confusing talk without any real solutions but this time I was in for a surprise, Dr. Sufraz greeted me at the hallway entrance and as soon as we entered his office he told me we have limited time so we should stay focused on finding a solution for my issues, that was the point when I felt this is going to be different from all others before.

We talked for a good 45 minutes and Dr. Sufraz gave me a clear plan for getting my life back in tracks, all other doctors I've seen before him were giving me referrals and sending me to another hospitals because they didn't know the right steps to help me me get my treatment started.

When we finished my review and I left the hospital I finally had a feeling that this could be the long awaited start of a long journey to getting my head cleared of all the junk that's making my life miserable, we created the action plan for counseling steps, sorted my medications and that's all that I was looking for from every other specialist but only Dr. Sufraz took the right steps to make it happen.
