"Cannot thank the team on Ward 33 enough"

I just wanted to leave a little feedback for the team on Ward33.

Having been discharged on Tuesday with a newborn, by Friday we were concerned at the weight loss so we called the team, they asked us to come in. Slight problems with feeding / latching on, but then we met a true hero, someone who deserves all the recognition and praise in the world. Quickly able to help with the feeding issues, and put a plan in place to get babies weight up. This nurse was supportive, informative, with no question being unanswered and most of all, passionate in her job.

Myself and my wife cannot thank her, and the whole ward 33 team for their help over the last 48hrs.
