Impossible to contact them!, I was told that i was fine and wouldn't need a specialist referral twice, only to push for one and receive a very serious life-changing long-term diagnosis. I have never seen the same doctor twice, so have to re-explain everything each time. When my diagnosis came I was so shocked and unprepared as no GP had talked be through any possible outcomes, I required counselling. last year was the toughest of my life - made worse my this surgery. I was also refused the morning after pill, a couple years ago when in a lot of distress by a secretary- something a doctor said later should never have happened!
"terrible service"
