I have to say that the Assistant Practice Manager at Iver Medical does do alot to ensure, patients are getting the best possible care and treatment. We have to remember that patients may not always accept what is best for them, which is there choice.
It does not mean that GPs and Practice staff give up on then.
They simply try their best and some times it is out of their hands and they have no choice in the matter, even though they continue to try their hardest to help patients.
