"Minimal unpleasantness during an unpleasant..."

About: Eastwood Endoscopy Centre

I was apprehensive about the procedure and also determined to complete it so resigned myself to endure something unpleasant. The staff were all kind, respectful, supportive and highly skilled. The whole thing was carried out with minimal fuss and a good amount of humour. I especially liked the singing along to the radio during it! The ‘dignity shorts’ were an unexpected source of mirth also :0)

One small thing they could do to improve the process is to not have the Entonox paperwork stapled to the information sheet in the preparation pack as this implies that this is the expected form of sedation.
