"No complaints , excellent care"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Pain Management

I was admitted to Boston Pilgrim hospital on 8th September 19 to the acute pain ward, bay 15.

The nursing was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The Doctors were first class and very efficient and I was very impressed with the speed they got me CT and MRI scanned and also the results coming back so quickly.

The ward was very clean as was the toilets and wash room.

The food wasn’t too bad either as I was quite happy with what I chose off the menu.

Huge thank you to the ambulance men who came out to me, they had so much empathy for me as the pain was unbearable. They were very professional , apologies but I cannot remember any names.

Hi

Thank you so much for leaving this lovely story about your recent stay at Pilgrim Hospital and we think you stayed on our Acute Medical Short Stay ward

It’s wonderful to hear that you found the team supportive, the care of a high standard and the food was good..

I will feed this back to the whole team and I know they will appreciate it too. I trust you are making a good recovery and wish you well.

Sharon
