"Fracture department"

I went in following an appointment I had the week before, they could find my x-rays or my name on the system anything, turns out the put me under somebody else's name and we didn't have the same date of bird, was told to do another x-ray and when I went in to the room of section 7 room 3 the doctor still couldn't find the other x-ray and he didn't ask me about the progress of my dislocated elbow he grab my arm and started to pull it and I felt assaulted I could stretch it and he kept telling me to do so but I couldn't he didn't even ask me if I could I felt really bad and then he send me to physiotherapy and the woman that help me she was really nice and never touch my arm in that way I am really upset with all the team in fractures and is autrageous how the can just lose your information and then forse you to do something without even asking first.
