(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was admitted to the gynaecology ward at Crosshouse hospital in severe pain and vomiting constantly. She hates hospitals and didn't want to stay despite the pain. She was really distressed too. Carolyn took the time to reassure her, and ensured she was given the best care. Nothing was too much trouble for Carolyn and in my opinion she is just outstanding. Going above and way beyond the call of duty for my daughter. I felt ok about leaving my daughter because I knew Carolyn was there. I know for a fact Carolyn being there was the only reason my daughter stayed. Thank you so very much.
