"Outpatient appointment - colorectal"

I recently had an outpatient appointment and would like to congratulate the hospital and staff re my experience. I was shown to the clinic by one of the volunteers and within a few minutes was shown into an examination room to be seen very promptly by the consultant. She was very approachable, thorough and sensitive to my presenting problems..

I was treated with respect and a friendly attitude by the consultant, the nurse and the colorectal navigator. (You ask that individuals are not named). I am very pleased to be able to report on highly professional and efficient practice.
