I was denied my anti emetics and pain relief by the nurse and was left with full chemo sickness and intense pain for hours.
I was told to be quiet or it would take her longer to get to me.
When I said I was going to leave she then relented and unlocked my home medication.
She then tried to pressure me into saying my fear and sickness and pain was not acute and the my crying in frustration and fear was unwarranted.
I complain in writing a few months later once I had recover enough to be enable to write it up without feeling acute anxiety.
I have had no response to my complaint.
At all cost try not to be admitted to the wards at St Mary’s I believe it to be a dangerous and frightening place to be I’ll.
