(as a service user),

I have enjoyed learning new ways to deal with my emotions and ways to try and stop myself from mis-use of substance.

Meeting new people and understanding new stories.

Kelly and denver have been great.

Can't wait to come back and do it again ðŸ™‚

Really good to hear how much you have learned from the group and from the sounds of it put it into practice! It is an opportunity to meet new people and so much of the learning comes from listening to others stories and their learning
