About: Inclusion Visions Thurrock (Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service)

(as a service user),

I really enjoyed attending my sessions each week, when I started I was at the lowest in my life, binged drunk, almost lost my kids and almost became homeless.

Kelly and Denver helped me get my confidence, self respect/worth and love back, they taught me how to be kind to myself, how to forgive and move forward. I managed to get a job through the techniques they taught me eg getting my confidence back.

The group was too helpful that I am restarting again.

Your story is moving and inspiring, thanks very much for sharing it. It sounds like you have made incredible changes in your life and at the core of it learned how to be kind to your self. And how great to be able to say you now have your confidence, self respect and worth back...that takes a lot of hard work!
