About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

Attended hospital to have a cyst removed from my right cheek. Was looked after by Kirsty, Pamela and Amy. I was nervous but all three ladies were lovely and made me feel very relaxed about the procedure. Talked me through what was happening which really helped. Just wanted to say thank you.
