"Very good service"

I was sent an appointment through the post to attend the breast clinic. I had to wait 5 weeks for the appointment which was disappointing.

I did not have to wait long to be seen by the consultant who was very nice.

He examined me and sent me for a mammogram.

That was done and about 15 minutes later I was given the results. Very happy that I wasn’t kept waiting because it is a stressful time. The staff were all really nice.

They were very efficient and friendly and helped to put people at their ease.

I was particularly anxious as well because I had never been to this hospital before but I even found a car parking space easily (£3 for 24 hours). I only have praise for all the staff who looked after me.
