"Wonderful service"

About: Royal Preston Hospital / Ophthalmology

I had to go in for laser surgery for a hole in my retina.

I was greeted by the nurse , who was very helpful and explained everything to me and took time to answer all my questions making me feel less nervous.

I.then a saw Dr who again explained the diagnoses and what would happen.

Throughout the procedure he was very patient with me and made me feel less anxious.

The whole visit took just over an hour and a half.

A brilliant service, everyone I met was kind and helpful.
