After suffering with a urinary infection, I rang the surgery, eventually I was spoken to by a triage nurse, the information she gave me, was no surprise to me, as I have had many such attacks - I knew I only wanted antibiotics,

Finally, after many phone calls elsewhere, I saw a doctor at another practice, who said , yes, I did need antibiotics, for which a prescription was given, and now I am fine. As a matter of interest, I am an 88yrs old lady..I like many others think that Harwood Medical Practice has worsened in the last few years.
